10-03-24 It was a pleasure doing business with The Solo Minimg Co. I ordered it on a Monday and it was delivered on the Wednesday so full points there as well. The unit was easy to setup and the fan is quiet. The miner is not running hot which is due to the good design. The Bitcoin halving is next month so these are interesting times to do lottery mining… who knows - we might get lucky :-)
Bitaxe arrived after 1 day of ordering. Set up within 5 minutes hashing away at 503gh. Will definitely be purchasing the Halo soon.
My Bitaxe Ultra 204 arrived promptly (UK), and was set up by the end of the evening. All went well and was reasonably clear (there is a PDF to download from thesolomining site giving clear instructions, though one screen had changed adding a password entry which had be digging into Youtube for a while - needed to press save, but never then used if you are solo mining on public-pool, but might be needed on other sites). I am now toying with the settings. Anyway, very happy so far! Thanks
