1. Accepted Payment Methods

   • We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processing partner Revolut.
   • We also accept Bitcoin (BTC), processed securely through our own self-hosted BTCPay Server.

2. Secure Transactions

   • All card transactions are secured and encrypted via Revolut's payment infrastructure. We do not store, see, or have access to your card details at any point.
   • Bitcoin payments are processed directly through our BTCPay Server. We do not use or rely on any third-party cryptocurrency payment intermediary.

3. Currency and Exchange Rates

   • Prices are displayed in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€) based on your location, detected automatically when you visit our site.
   • Card payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
   • Bitcoin payments are converted at the prevailing market rate provided by Kraken at the time of your transaction, in your displayed currency (GBP, USD, or EUR). The rate is locked in at the point of checkout and is valid for a limited window to complete payment.
   • We are not a cryptocurrency exchange. Bitcoin is accepted as a payment method only, and we accept no responsibility for any change in the value of Bitcoin after a transaction is completed.

4. Transaction Confirmation

   • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
   • Bitcoin transactions require a minimum number of blockchain confirmations before an order is considered confirmed. This typically takes between 10 and 60 minutes depending on network conditions.

5. Payment Processing Time

   • Credit and debit card transactions are processed immediately upon completion.
   • Bitcoin transactions are subject to blockchain confirmation times. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is fully confirmed on the network.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

   • All refunds are calculated at the original purchase price in the currency used at the time of the transaction (GBP, USD, or EUR).
   • Card refunds will be returned to the original card used at the time of purchase and are typically processed within 7 working days, subject to your card provider's timescales.
   • Where a refund is due to a customer who paid in Bitcoin, the method and timing of that refund is at our discretion. We may issue the refund in GBP via bank transfer or in Bitcoin equivalent to the GBP refund value at the time of processing — we will always communicate clearly which method we will use.
   • We do not guarantee the return of any specific quantity of Bitcoin and accept no liability for any difference in Bitcoin market value between the time of purchase and the time of refund. The Solo Mining Co is not a cryptocurrency exchange.

7. Payment Declines

   • If your card payment is declined, please contact your bank or card provider directly as we are unable to override their decisions.
