Start9 can be preinstalled for you, but Umbrel cannot due to licensing restrictions. That said, Umbrel is a beautiful platform — it’s my personal favourite.

4 GB USB Stick (Used to flash the Umbrel or Start9 installer)
Ethernet Cable
Stable, Unmetered Internet Connection (The Bitcoin blockchain exceeds 550 GB and growing)
